Business days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. If you have made a purchase over the weekend period and/or public holiday, your purchase will be processed the next normal trading day.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

The order processing time will depend on the stock status of the item. The stock status can be viewed under the pricing on the individual product. We endeavour to accurately portray the stock status, however there may be delays on status updates from time to time due to unforeseen circumstances. If this does occur, you will be contacted immediately.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time will depend on where the product's shipping destination is. Please refer to the Shipping and Handling (Australia or International) details.

CUSTOMS FEES AND IMPORT RESTRICTIONS

Some countries place restrictions on goods imported or charge customs duties or import fees. It is the responsibility of the customer to research these fees and/or restrictions that are applicable and pay the incurred charges. We send all parcels through Australia Post and suggest that you check your country in the first instance at www.auspost.com.au. We also recommend contacting your local government body prior to ordering. e.g. customs & excise.

MISSING PARCELS

If your parcel hasn't arrived at it's destination in the timeframe expected, please call Australia Post on 13 13 18 and quote the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email. We also recommend visiting your local Post Office or Mail Centre to see if they are holding it for you.

INSURANCE CLAIMS

UNDELIVERED PARCELS: All insurance claims are between Beechworth Gold and Australia Post. We will arrange for the insurance payment to be paid to your or we will replace your order if it is still available.

RETURNS

Shipping costs are non-refundable on returns. Orders sent with our free shipping option will have our AUD $9.75 shipping charge deducted.
