Terms of Sale:

Products will be accepted by Beechworth Gold in Australia only for refund or credit (excluding any shipping charges), or for exchange, only if returned in saleable condition within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by the original sales receipt, unless the item is not of merchantable quality.

A refund will be made to the purchaser, upon request, only if payment has been received in full by Beechworth Gold. Gift recipients are entitled to an exchange or a non-refundable merchandise credit. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for credit or cash. To return or exchange your gift selection, please follow the instructions included with your package.
