This is a STUNNING vintage bracelet and a little hard to hand over!!!
The green onyx set against the silver is a match made in heaven.
This bracelet was made in Taxco in Mexico in the 1940's, and the quality is sensational.
The bracelet has been stored in a jewellery box for many years by the lady I purchased it from in Arizona.
I havent cleaned the silver as it has a beautiful patina, but it can be buffed up to make even more shiny.
There are no signs of wear on it due to the way it has been looked after.
Th clasp is very strong and tight.
The bracelet features 8 masks carved from Green Onyx and set into an ornate solid silver bracelet, which has 6 hinges for movement when it is wrapped around the wrist.
The length of the bracelet is 18cm when closed.
It is 2.4cm wide and weighs a substantial 68.6 grams.
It has lovely feel and weight in the hand and you can see the quality and workmanship in the piece at a glance.
Its a keeper!
