This beautiful necklace has been created using natural 9mm Lapis Lazuli beads sourced from Afghanistan.  To set off the intense blue, we have added natural freshwater pearls and Sterling silver beads. We have finished it with a sturdy and safe bolt ring clasp.
 
This style of jewellery will keep its charm for years. and can be worn through all seasons and engagments.
 
Lapis Lazuli has been mined in Aghanistan for 6000 years. They were shipping it to Egypt during Cleopatra's reign to be made into jewellery, inlaid into tombs, paintings. Lapis Lazuli is used as the main coloured acomponent in the worlds most expensive paint.
 
Lapis Lazuli is associated with strength, courage, royalty, wisdom, intellect and truth.
